By Sophie Anderson

On Monday Katie joined our Ray White team as a Business Development Manager. Katie offers a wealth of local area knowledge and extensive experience in the industry!

Katie believes that the ability to succeed in Real Estate and to stand out above the rest, comes from hard work, dedication, and being able to maintain the highest level of service and communication possible to all your clients. For Katie this has always been a core focus and has been rewarded with respect within the industry by fellow peers, client loyalty and consistent referral business.

Being a property investor herself, Katie understand the importance of having a highly qualified Property Management team looking after one of the most expensive investments you can acquire.

With extensive experience and first-hand knowledge, having been a Senior Property Manager herself during her career, Katie knows that being a Property Manager requires a high level and diverse variety of skills and is a continually challenging roll on many levels.

“Knowing that I have an amazing property management team committed to excellence in every aspect, working with me, helps to keep my passion for this industry alive” Katie says “This gives me great sense of confidence in the services we provide at Ray White North Lakes / Mango Hill and that I discuss with investors and potential investors on a daily basis”.

Katie consistently attends professional development and industry training in order to ensure that she keeps up to date with any changes that occur within the legislation and the industry.

Katie holds a full Real Estate Agent License and has been involved in mentoring other Business Development Managers within the industry, has had speaking commitments at the 2015 PPM Conference and REIQ Business Development Day.
