Luxury over-50s living comes to Elimbah

By Tenika Sanders

A $428-million-dollar lifestyle resort is set to open at Elimbah next month, redefining luxury living for over-50s in the Moreton Bay region.

GemLife Elimbah is the latest community from GemLife, one of Australia’s leading developers of resort-style living.

At the heart of the 26ha development will be an impressive line-up of exclusive facilities designed to help homeowners stay active, social and connected.

Its centrepiece will be a $18 million, two-storey Country Club which will offer a fully equipped gym, heated lap pool, ten-pin bowling alley, golf simulator, cinema, creative arts studio and a private ballroom for special occasions.

And a relaxed Summer House, featuring a resort-style swimming pool, club room and barbecue facilities, including a pizza oven, will provide the perfect place to gather with friends.

“At GemLife Elimbah, you can enjoy peaceful, semi-rural living with an established nature reserve on the southern boundary that’s ideal for morning walks, birdwatching or the occasional kangaroo sighting,” GemLife Elimbah Sales Manager Glenys Lowry says.
