To submit your application you have two options:

Option 2: Download theTenancy Application Form (CLICK HERE)and make sure all your contact information and identification is ready to go!
Please note that each occupant over the age of 18 who will be residing at the property will need to fill in their own individual application form.
– Full contact information of all proposed occupants including mobile phone numbers and email addresses
– Current and previous residential address information
– Details of all pets (if any) including type and number of pets
– Vehicle details
– Personal references – its best to have 2 personal references that are already written & available attached to the application
– Employment details which include the name of your employer, your job position, start date and gross weekly income
– Proof of Income (2x most recent payslips or bank statement for the last 3 months (without transaction details))
– Photo ID (Drivers License/Passport/Proof of age card) – at least 1 form of photo ID is required
– Medicare Card
Once you or someone on your behalf has viewed the property and is happy with the current condition it is in, you can submit your application and our Leasing team will begin the processing process.
Your application will be processed during normal business hours, we do require 2-3 business days to process. After processing, your application is submitted to the owner for their consideration, please note that it can take up to 24 hours to receive a response back from them. Their decision is final!
You will not be committed to the property until you view and agree to the relevant Tenancy Agreement and its terms. Once agreed, you are committed to the property and are required to sign the lease agreement, pay the 2 week rent deposit and submit your bond (4 weeks rent) via the RTA within 24 hours.We do not accept bond transfers, however QLD housing bond loans will be accepted once approved.
The property will not be removed from our availability list until the rent is paid and the agreement is fully signed
Once the commencement date is agreed, it can not be changed.
We are a cashless office and therefore require electronic payment of rent. Our agency uses AILO payment system, if successful the tenant is to acknowledge that fees & charges apply when paying (direct debit, credit card or bank cheque/money order).
