Enjoy Movie in the Park at Burpengary

By Tyler Nash

Bring your family, friends, and blankets to settle in for a free screening of the superhero movie, Black Adam (PG) at Burpengary’s Symphony Crescent Park on June 17.

The park will be transformed into an outdoor cinema, complete with local food trucks, comfortable seating and activities for the kids.

Arrive early to take advantage of free children’s face painting and to buy movie snacks before the feature film begins at 5.30pm. There will also be food truck onsite.

The movie, starring Dwayne Johnson, follows the story of a powerful anti-hero who returns to seek revenge against those who have wronged him.

Closed captions will appear on the screen during the film.

Movie in the Park Burpengary is proudly presented by Moreton Bay Regional Council and delivered by Moreton Bay Region Industry & Tourism.

Councillor Mark Booth (Div 2) says locals should bring a blanket in addition to the picnic rug, to enjoy a cool night out.
