Encircle to host Community Fun Day

By Tyler Nash

Cultural performances, live music, inflatable sports, jumping castles, a petting zoo and face painting are just a few of the exciting activities families can enjoy at the upcoming Community Fun Day at Encircle Redcliffe Neighbourhood Centre.

All the fun will be held from 10am-2pm on Saturday, March 25 at Encircle Community Services Redcliffe Neighbourhood Centre, located at 1 Lamington Drive, Redcliffe.

The theme for this year’s Community Fun Day is ‘Everybody Belongs’, with the event highlighting the goals of Encircle to strengthen connections with local people and networks, while also delivering projects that foster belonging and inclusion in the Moreton Bay Region.

The event will coincide with Harmony Week, which is held from Monday, March 20 to Sunday, March 26.

Encircle CEO Chris Staines said he is pleased to host this free Community Fun Day and hopes families and individuals will come along and join in the celebrations.
