Pouched sole roulade served on a pea puree with cider potato fondant accompanied with a turnip and roasted onion mash seasoned with truffled salt to finish.

Main (One of each of the mains)

Chicken Supreme – Cream cheese and semi dried tomato stuffed chicken breast, served with savory Moroccan couscous accompanied with a zesty olive oil gremolata.

Beef Tenderloin – 200g Beef tenderloin served with honey & thyme roasted pumpkin, chickpea, Danish feta and sunflower seed, wild rocket salad topped off with truffle exotic Mushrooms.
