Get ready to Rock 4 the Homeless

By Tyler Nash

Rockin’ 4 The Homeless is returning in 2025, with an all-ages, family friendly music festival happening in July to mobilise a community and raise money for The Breakfast Club Redcliffe.

Event Founder and Director Dan Nebe says the event on June 22 from 10am-5pm is an “invitation to be part of something bigger than all of us”.

Launched in 2013, Rockin’ 4 The Homeless (R4TH) began as a humble gig at Bramble Bay Bowls Club, powered by a few local bands and an idea – use music to make a difference.

Dan, who’s shared stages with legends like Robert Cray and Hoodoo Gurus, has turned that small show into a juggernaut of generosity, raising hundreds of thousands for people experiencing homelessness.

“This isn’t just a festival anymore. It’s a movement. A rebellion with guitars,” he says.
