Night to Shine comes to Warner

By Tenika Sanders

Emerge Church will host a Night to Shine 2023, a ‘prom night experience’ for people with special needs, at Warner on Saturday, February 11.

The event, sponsored by the Tim Tebow Foundation, will be hosted by churches around the world simultaneously.

It aims to celebrate people with special needs, ensuring they are valued and loved.

Every guest of Night to Shine enters the free event on a red carpet, with a warm welcome from a friendly crowd and paparazzi.

Once inside, they receive the royal treatment including hair and make-up stations, shoe shining areas, fancy car rides, corsages and boutonnieres, a catered dinner, karaoke, party favours and a dance floor. The event culminates in each guest being crowned a king or queen.
