Active Mums

For those new mums that are finding it hard to exercise with little kids then look no further, Active Mums are for you. During Term 4, 2017 and Term 1, 2018 the Moreton Bay Region will be delivering this free Active Mums program to provide mothers with young children.

This wonderful program will be held at 5 different PCYC’s, Pine Rivers, Caboolture, Everton Hills, Deception Bay and Redcliffe. Active Mums is a post-natal exercise program delivered by qualified and experienced trainers.

If you’re interested in this program it commences on Tuesday the 3rd of October to Sunday the 10th of December.
